UNV screens over 100,000 candidate applications annually. An AI engine is being developed to aid recruiters in longlisting. This AI engine consists of three parts: ranking of the candidates (based on the match between the 'job description' and candidate profile), semantic search in applicant profiles, including taking into consideration the 'job description' context, and AI summarization of the applicant information.
