By examining both past and future indicators in United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Frameworks (UNSDCFs) from 2022-2027, the dashboard uses two distinct similarity algorithms to match similar indicators and provides a ‘similarity score’ to evaluate matches. This tool is crucial for internal strategic planning and evaluation, as it helps identify which indicators have been, are, and will be most pertinent to UNCTs' efforts. By leveraging advanced algorithms, the dashboard enhances the ability to recognize patterns, align objectives, and ensure that resources are directed towards the most impactful initiatives. This alignment is vital for fostering collaboration and optimizing resource use.
